Privacy policy

This policy covers Mable Focus and this support website. Tony Li is responsible for Mable. For privacy questions, contact tony.hwl@icloud.com.

Data in the app

Mable does not require an account. Study sessions, progress, carrots, unlocked items, your bunny’s name and appearance, and settings are stored locally on your device. Mable does not send this progress to a developer-operated server.

The app does not include advertising, advertising tracking or third-party analytics. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or location.

Timers and notifications

Mable uses iOS features for session notifications and Live Activities. Timer information and your bunny’s appearance may be shown on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. You can control notification and Live Activity permissions in your device’s Settings.

When you contact support

If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send. I use this information to answer your message and resolve support or privacy requests. I do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Email providers process these messages to deliver and store them. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related obligations. You can ask me to delete it using the contact address above.

This website

This site has no account system, contact form, advertising or added analytics. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver the pages and protect the service.

Apple services and backups

Apple may process download, diagnostic and TestFlight information under its own privacy settings and policies. Device backups may contain Mable’s local data depending on your Apple settings. These services are controlled by Apple.

Your choices

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Deleting Mable removes its local app data; restoring a device backup may restore that data. I cannot access or recover your locally stored progress. Contact me to ask about, access or delete information you have sent directly by email.

Children

Mable does not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, please contact me so I can address it.

Changes

If Mable’s data practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
